A gathering place built on community & flavor.
At 1881 Co. Coffee, we believe that a great cup of coffee is about more than just the bean—it's about the people you share it with. Located in the historic town of Baggs, we've created a space where the aroma of fresh baking meets the warmth of small-town hospitality.
Whether you're a local commuter needing fuel for the road, or a visitor looking for a quiet corner to rest, our doors are open. We source the finest ingredients and roast our beans to perfection, ensuring every sip tells a story of quality and care.
